AGREEMENTS

for DIVORCE & SEPARATION

DID YOU KNOW?

It's entirely possible to finalize a divorce in Alberta without ever having to retain a lawyer or appear in court.

You're allowed to decide what's best for you and your family, through the use of a Mediated Settlement Agreement.

Certified MEDIATION is your strategic tool.

       MEDIATION ALLOWS YOU TO:

  • Keep the divorce/separation process out of court - free from entanglements and unnecessary legal complications.

  • Significantly reduce the costs connected to legal proceedings.

  • Select options that fit best for your family.

  • Keep choices in your hands.

  • Keep family matters private and out of the public record.

*For those already in legal proceedings, Alberta courts require some form of ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) such as Mediation at some point in the process. Mediation is a great option to cut out court appearances all together.

Your life matters, and nobody knows the intricacies of your family like you do - you are by far the most knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to the matters of your own life and family (there's no replacement for that).

With 20 years experience in the field of psychology, Brad utilizes his deep rooted skills to help leverage your own wishes towards the best outcomes for your family. Yes, divorce/separation is strenuous, but with the right tools and the right approach you can create an agreement which can serve your family well for decades to come.
